This nitrile rubber round belt is meant for the automatic return functions of the tonearm to the armrest for the above mentioned models.
Installation is simply done by removing the platter / motor grill and hooking the belt on the motor shaft / pulley.
Note: This is a replacement for original Panasonic / Technics Part # SFGB172-51 & SFGB10-01 which was discontinued long ago.
