COVID19 / CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

1200s.com has been closely monitoring the global impact of the Corona Virus (COVID-19) pandemic. Our heartfelt condolences are with all those who have been affected by this terrible illness.

Internal Response:

Most of the 1200s.com facilities are operating regular schedules, we have taken several precautions for the health and well-being of both our associates and business partners:

Essential on-site staff are provided antiseptic wipes and hand sanitizer at work stations and common areas. More importantly, they are mandated to frequently wash hands.

- Warehouse teams are wearing gloves when handling incoming / outgoing turntables / packages.

GLOBAL SHIPPING STATUS

DOMESTIC USA ORDERS: (Any order Inside the USA)

Very minor delays if any. USPS & FedEx / UPS are handling the situation well thus far. For any emergency events please check the USPS alert webpage.

DOMESTIC CANADIAN ORDERS:

Canada Post is experiencing a Covid 19 situation. Canadian Customers will be given tracking number however will notice delays in tracking updates. Click here to read. Please expect delays.

FedEx / Purolator / UPS are all somewhat back to normal with minor delays if any.

CANADIAN ORDERS COMING INTO CANADA FROM USA VIA USPS:

USPS to Canada Post is seeing delays crossing the boarder due to lack of flights. Expect 1 - 2 weeks to receive your package. Once in Canada packages are moving relatively good. Be prepared for minor delays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: (Any Country Outside The USA & Canada)

We have noticed some countries are having slow downs in postal service and tracking is not being updated in some cases. Some countries are NOT accepting packages via the Postal Service. Please find updates for countries here. For those countries DHL / UPS / FedEx / Aramex is the only options.

Although shipping has improved over the past few months and we are now shipping orders to most countries we must warn international customers that when ordering parts "normal shipping times" are NOT to be expected. Several avenues of transport are limited (i.e. less Flights) and have been transferred to slower transportation such as Ships causing a delay in packages arriving in destination countries.

Delayed / lost international packages: (Any Country Outside The USA & Canada)

1200s.com will no longer be responsible for any packages which have left the USA in transit to foreign countries via "USPS First Class International / PostNL / APC Logistics" as we have little recourse once the package has left USPS (our local postal system). International Shipments are to be submitted at the buyers risk.

We have found that the following countries have had more notable delays with accepting imports then others due to their local Postal Service situations however have been improving month to month. Click on the link below and look for "Inbound or International Delay" updates. What normally would take 1 - 2 weeks is now averaging 4 weeks if not longer to be delivered.

- Customers are not permitted from entering our facilities, those picking up orders placed online will be collected / distributed via Curb Side Pick Up / Drop Off.

Parts Supply Continuity:

Due to the expected closings of factories local and abroad during the Covid19 outbreak, our Purchasing team had procured safety stock for the parts for which we source directly. At this time, highest demand parts remain in stock. However, the team is in daily contact with manufacturers to identify any supply disruptions so we can then communicate with our customers.

1200s.com / Technics1200s.com has no immediate plan to close facilities and will continue to follow standard preventative guidelines to address the current situation.
