1200s.com has been closely monitoring the global impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic since it first originated in China. Our heartfelt condolences are with all those who have been sickened and died from this terrible illness.

Internal Response:

Most of the 1200s.com facilities are operating regular schedules, we have taken several precautions for the health and well-being of both our associates and business partners:

Essential on-site staff are provided antiseptic wipes and hand sanitizer at work stations and common areas. More importantly, they are mandated to frequently wash hands.

- Warehouse teams are wearing gloves when handling incoming / outgoing turntables / packages.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: (Any Country Outside The USA & Canada)

We have noticed some countries are having slow downs in postal service and tracking is not being updated in most cases. For now we are still shipping to all countries however we must warn international customers that when ordering parts normal shipping times are not to be expected.

Delayed or lost international packages: Updated as of March 23rd 2020.

1200s.com will no longer be responsible for any packages which have left the USA in transit to foreign countries as we have little recourse once the package has left USPS our local postal system. International Shipments are to be submitted at the buyers risk.

- Customers are not permitted from entering our facilities, those picking up orders placed online will be collected / distributed outside our front door by our staff.

Parts Supply Continuity:

Due to the expected closings of factories local and abroad during the Covid19 outbreak, our Purchasing team had procured safety stock for the parts for which we source directly. At this time, highest demand parts remain in stock. However, the team is in daily contact with manufacturers to identify any supply disruptions so we can then communicate with our customers.

1200s.com / Technics1200s.com has no immediate plan to close facilities and will continue to follow standard preventative guidelines to address the current situation.
